Have you ever thought...
This isn’t how I thought my life would turn out.
I’ve survived, but I’m not really living.
Everyone else seems to have moved on.
I’m over 50 and wondering what’s next for me.
I know I’m capable of more, but I feel stuck.
Your loss... does not have to define the rest of it
Why I Do This Work
At age 40, I lost my 16-year-old son. It was the most devastating experience of my life. For years, I struggled to understand how I could move forward. Yet over time, I discovered something powerful: growth is possible even after profound loss.
Three years later, I chose to build a new future. While working full-time as a hairstylist—a career I held for 38 years—I returned to college, earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counseling, and eventually became a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Today, at 60 years old, I continue to strength train despite arthritis and live by the belief that our strongest chapter can still be ahead of us. I created this coaching practice to help others discover the same possibility.
